Nationwide Delivery

The Appliance Shed offer hassle free, reasonably priced delivery anywhere in New Zealand (excluding Stewart Island, some rural areas and Waiheke Island). Our standard delivery service for large appliances includes the removal of your old appliance if needed (not available in all areas, please refer to delivery options for your location at online checkout). For installation requiring hard wiring, wall mounting, plumbing or electrical services, we’ll need to contact you to discuss your requirements and work out the best solution to get your new appliance up and running as quickly as possible.

We've done our best to make delivery as easy for you as possible

Using our online “delivery calculator” at the checkout stage, you will be able to get a customised estimate for delivery based on your product purchase and location. (Please note, for some remote areas, we will need to get a custom delivery quote after you have completed your purchase. Our online sales team will be in touch if this is required.)

Where do we deliver to?

We deliver to any New Zealand street address. We DO NOT deliver to a PO Box, some rural locations, Stewart Island or to an international address. We can deliver to Waiheke Island, but there will be an additional cost depending on the size of your products.

What are our delivery charges?

Delivery prices are set according to the type of product you’re purchasing and the delivery area. Our delivery fees range from $6 for smaller items to $119 for our largest appliances requiring 2 men and a truck.

Is your order tracked?

Yes, you will receive email notifications from us throughout the delivery process. We will provide you with a tracking number where relevant, so you can easily log in and confirm the exact location and ETA of your product. For additional updates on your order status, please contact [email protected]. Please note - you will need to sign for your package when it is delivered, unless you’ve arranged an alternative delivery plan with us.

How long will it take for your order to arrive?

Please allow 3 to 14 working days for delivery within New Zealand. At times we may need to order your product in direct from the manufacturer, in which case we will contact you with an update on ETA. Once we've recieved your order, we will be in touch to confirm delivery.

Can I buy online and pick up in store?

Yes you can. We offer a Click & Collect service nationwide.

When will my purchse be ready for collection?

For Auckland purchases, if your product is in stock at your chosen collection store, you can usually collect it within 24 Hours. You will receive a notification from our online sales team when your order has been processed and your purchase is ready to collect. For purchases outside of Auckland, it usually takes between 3-14 business days depending on availability of stock. Once we receive your order, we will check stock and let you know when your product is ready for collection. If you need your product within a specific timeframe, please leave a comment in "special instructions" when placing your order.

What does it cost to collect my purchase in store?

Absolutely nothing. It's free.

What do I need to bring with me when I collect my purchase?

A copy of your purchase order and any form of ID.

Can someone else collect my purchase for me?

Yes, as long as they have a copy of your purchase order, and you've let us know their name (in Special Instructions at time of order, or via email to [email protected])
